Products exposed to temperatures around 300°C can withstand 1000 hours of neutral salt spray exposure with a single-sided corrosion width of no more than 2mm. Products above 400°C exhibit excellent light aging resistance, operating stably for long periods (96 hours), and can withstand open flame exposure. A 48-hour oven test revealed no degradation, blistering, or cracking. The coatings maintain excellent adhesion even after 2 hours in an open flame environment at 400°C, ensuring long-term performance and maintaining the integrity of the oven surface even during extended cooking periods.
